I am a BPS dual chartered coaching and occupational psychologist and registered supervisor, an MISCP accredited coaching psychologist and coach supervisor and a member of the Association of Coaching Supervisors. I undertake regular continued professional development and supervised practice to ensure the highest quality and standards in the coaching services I offer. Through this in-depth knowledge of psychology, I understand why people react unhelpfully to life and career challenges and coach them to find more helpful strategies to deal with things differently. I also use this knowledge of psychology, together with decades of experience in business, to help ambitious people and teams embark on a journey of ethical, authentic, discovery, unleash their true potential and enjoy a fulfilling career.
