I am a BPS dual chartered coaching and occupational psychologist and registered supervisor. I am also an MISCP accredited coaching psychologist and coach supervisor and undertake regular continued professional development and supervised practice to ensure the highest quality and standards in the coaching services I offer. Through this in-depth knowledge of psychology, I understand why people react unhelpfully to life and career challenges and coach them to find more helpful strategies to deal with things differently. I also use this knowledge of psychology, together with decades of experience in business, to help you to embark on a journey of authentic discovery, unleash your true potential and enjoy a fulfilling life and career.
